Abstract
Potresna oštetljivost važna je sastavnica procjene potresnog rizika. Kako bi se smanjio broj ljudskih žrtava i oštećenja imovine pri potresnom djelovanju, raste potreba procjene potresne oštetljivosti postojećih građevina, ali i onih koje se tek trebaju graditi. Procjenom potresne oštetljivosti dobiva se uvid u oštetljivost građevina i moguće je previdjeti njezino ponašanje u ovisnosti o različitim intenzitetima potresa. Metode procjene oštetljivosti sve se više razvijaju i napreduju, a ovaj rad koncentrira se na procjenu potresne oštetljivosti primjenom izraza za koeficijent oštetljivosti, primjenom makroseizmičke metode i primjenom metode koja se zasniva na spektru sposobnosti nosivosti za zgrade u naselju Vijenac Ivana Česmičkog u Osijeku.
Abstract (english)
Seismic vulnerability is an important component of seismic risk assesment. In order to reduce the number of human casualties and damage to property during earthquakes, there is a growing need to assess the seismic vulnerability of existing buildings, as well as those that have yet to be built. By assessing the seismic vulnerability, one gets an insight into the vulnerability of buildings and it is possible to overlook its behavior depending on the different intensities of the earthquake. Vulnerability assessment methods are increasingly developing and progressing, and this paper concentrates on seismic vulnerability assessment using the expression for the damage ratio, using the macroseismic method and capacity spectrum method for neighborhood Vijenac Ivana Česmičkog in Osijek.
