Abstract
Poslovna zona Retfala nalazi se u jugozapadnom dijelu Osijeka. Parcela je omeđena cestama sa sve četiri strane, a sjeverno i južno od parcele nalaze se trgovački centri. Koncept poslovne zgrade proizlazi iz urbanističkog dijela zadatka, gdje su se poslovne zgrade slagale strukturalistički. Strukturalizam se koristi u poslovnoj zgradi u vidu jednakih modula koji se ponavljaju kroz poslovnu zgradu te se time istražuje i formira unutarnji prostor. Unutarnji prostori se kod proširenja komunikacije mogu koristiti za višu funkciju od same komunikacije u vidu neformalnih sastanaka ili prostora za druženje.
Abstract (english)
The Retfala business zone is located in the southwestern part of Osijek. The building area is bordered by roads on all four sides, and there are shopping centers to the north and south of the plot. The concept of an office building derives from the urban planning part of the task, where the office buildings were aligned with the theory of structuralism. Structuralism is used in the office building in the form of identical modules that are repeated throughout the office building, thus exploring and forming the interior space. When communication expands, internal spaces can be used for a higher function than communication itself, in the form of informal meetings or spaces for socializing.
