Abstract
Zadatak završnog rada je urbanističko i arhitektonsko rješenje poslovne zone Retfala-jug koja je smještena na jugozapadnom izlazu/ulazu u grad u neposrednoj blizini dva trgovačka centra te jedne napuštene zgrade nekada trgovačkog sadržaja. Na temelju analiza postojećega stanja, urbanističko rješenje predviđa devet zgrada poslovne namjene koje okružuje botanički vrt, a povezuje povišena šetnica koja prodire van granica samoga obuhvata odgovarajući na problem povezanosti pješaka s trenutnim postojećim stanjem lokacije. Arhitektonsko rješenje izvedeno je za najvišu zgradu koja je pozicionirana na jugozapadu. Koncept arhitektonskog rješenja nastavlja se na urbanističko rješenje također pozivajući širu populacije od samih direktnih korisnika kuće. Tripartitnost kuće iščitava se u smjeru osi z i osi x, pri čemu, iščitavajući ju u osi z, donji dio kuće pretpostavlja javnije sadržaje dostupne javnosti dok su oni viši planirani za zaposlenike. Čitajući kuću i u smjeru osi z i x sredina je most dva različita svijeta. Od dna prema vrhu, kuća se postepeno zatvara, uvlači u sebe pretpostavljajući na posljednjoj etaži (daleku) budućnost-umjetnu inteligenciju kojoj je svjetlost potrebna samo u svrhu crpljenja električne energije, a koju dobiva iz solarnih panela smještenih na krovu zgrade.
Abstract (english)
The task of the final thesis is the urban and architectural solution of the Retfala South Business Zone, which is located at the southwestern exit/entrance to the city in the immediate vicinity of two shopping centers and an abandoned building that used to be a commercial space. Based on the analysis of the existing plot, the urban solution envisages nine commercial buildings that surround the botanical garden, and are connected by an elevated walkway that penetrates beyond the boundaries of the plot itself, responding to the problem of connecting pedestrians with the current existing state of the plot. The architectural solution was designed for the tallest building, which is positioned in the southwest. The concept of the architectural solution continues with the urban solution also inviting a wider population than the direct users of the house. The tripartite division of the house is read in the direction of the z-axis and the x-axis, whereby, reading it in the z-axis, the lower part of the house assumes more public contents available to the public, while the higher ones are planned for employees. Reading the house both in the direction of the z and x axes, the middle is a bridge of two different worlds. From the bottom to the top, the house gradually closes, withdraws, assuming (distant) future on the last floor, the artificial intelligence that needs light only for the purpose of drawing electricity, which it gets from solar panels located on the roof of the building.
