The task of the thesis is the calculation of a wooden roof consisting of main and secondary beams. In order to secure the structure from horizontal forces, a stabilizing connection was installed. The height of the structure is 960,00 cm. The floor plan dimensions are 5500,00 cm×3200,00 cm and it is located in Osijek. The slope of the upper eadge is 12°, while the slope of the lower eadge is 5°. For the main beams are choosed 12 saddle beams with a curved intrados, made of glued laminated wood of class GL28h, placed at a distance of 500,00 cm from each other. The height of the beam above the support is 172,00 cm, while at the apex it is 387,40 cm. The thickness of the beam is 20,00 cm. The curvature of the intrados is 4000,00 cm. Secondary beams (branches) are placed at distance of 261,80 cm from each other. The diagonal distance between the branches is 267,70 cm. The static system of beams is a simple beam. The beams are made of solid wood grade C24. There are two types of cross section. The width is 14 cm and 18 cm. The height of both types is 26 cm. The selected dimensions of the beams satisfy ULS and SLS. Horizontal and vertical stabilizing connections have been installed to prevent the beams from tipping over. Horizontal stabilizing bars are placed at an axial distance of 2500,00 cm. The construction has three horizontal stabilizing connections. The stabilizing bars are made of steel, strength class S275. Steel bars with a thickness of 2,00 cm are used for the stabilizing ties. The calculation is made according to the currently valid HRN EN norms and regulations. The static analysis is calculated using the "Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2021". All attachments are created in the "AutoCAD 2021".
