Abstract
Cilj ovo završnog rada je proračun sekundarnih elemenata čelične industrijske hale odnosno proračun podrožnica te horizontalnih i vertikalnih poprečnih spregova prema HRN EN normama. Dimenzija hale iznosi 25 x 35 m s nagibom krova od 3⁰ te visinom do strehe 5,20 m. Prostorna stabilizacija konstrukcije osigurana je vlačnim horizontalnim i vertikalnim poprečnim spregovima. Podrožnice su izvedene od pravokutnih šupljih profila, a spregovi od kružnih punih profila. Svi elementi izrađeni su od čelika kvalitete S275. Statička analiza i provjera proračuna provedena je u programskom softveru Robot Structural Analysis.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this final work is the calculation of the secondary elements of the steel industrial hall, the calculation of the horizontal and vertical bracing connections according to HRN EN standards. The layout dimenzions of the hall is 25 x 35 m with a roof pitch of 3⁰ and a height to the eaves of 5.20 m. Spatial stabilization of the structure is ensured by horizontal and vertical transverse bracing, which are performed as tensile bracing. The purlins are made of rectangular hollow profiles, and bracings are made of circular solid profiles. All elements are made of steel quality S275. Static analysis and calculation verification was carried out in Robot Structural Analysis software.
