Abstract
Tema završnog rada je projektiranje kuće na zadanoj parceli za četveročlanu obitelj. Ovaj rad sadržava elemente projektiranja obiteljske slobodnostojeće kuće. Projekt kuće sadrži prizemlje i dva kata. Parcela na kojoj je predviđeno građenje obiteljske kuće nalazi se unutar naselja obiteljskih kuća različite tipologije u zoni za stambenu izgradnju. Parcela se nalazi u Tvrđavici, na lijevoj obali Drave na broju katastarske čestice 620. Površina parcele iznosi 902 m2 i pravilnog je trapezastog oblika, a površina obiteljske kuće iznosi 264 m2 i nepravilnog je oblika. Obiteljsku kuću planirano je izgraditi u sistemu nosivih zidova debljine 25 cm od pečene gline (opeka) s ukrutom od AB horizontalnih i vertikalnih serklaža. Obiteljsku kuću treba projektirati u uobičajenim materijalima u zgradarstvu koji se koriste za građevinske i obrtničke radove. Kuća mora biti hidro i termoizolirana. Oblikovanje obiteljske kuće treba biti suvremeno i treba biti rezultat odabranog funkcionalnog i prostornog koncepta. Oblikovanje treba biti rezultat sinteze namjene, konstrukcije i forme (oblika kuće).
Abstract (english)
The topic of the final work is the design of a house on a given plot for a family of four. This work contains elements of designing a detached family house. Project of the house has a ground floor and two floors. The plot on which the construction of a family house is planned is located within the settlement of family houses of different types in the zone for residential construction. The plot is located in Tvrđavica, on the left bank of the Drava at cadastral parcel number 620. The area of the plot is 902 m 2 and has a regular trapezoidal shape, and the surface of a family house is 264 m 2 and is irregularly shaped. The family house is planned to be built in a system of load-bearing walls with a thickness of 25 cm made of baked clay (brick) with a stiffener of AB horizontal and vertical cerclages. The family house should be designed in the usual construction materials used for construction and craft work. The house must be hydro and thermally insulated. The design of the family house should be contemporary and should be the result of a selected functional and spatial concept. The design should be the result of a synthesis of purpose, construction and form (the shape of the house).
