Abstract
Poslovna zgrada nalazi se u jugozapadnom dijelu grada Osijeka u urbanističko definiranoj poslovnoj zoni Retfala - jug. Koncept proizlazi iz sagledavanja okolne izgradnje. Shodno tome, istočno i zapadno od zgrade se nalaze parcele sa zgradama iste namjene koje preslikavanjem na vlastitu zgradu formiraju dva bočna uzdužna dijela zgrade sa uredima i pratećim poslovnim sadržajima. Južno od zgrade nalazi se parcela javne namjene koja prenosi javan karakter duž središta zgrade. Samim time nastaje tripartitna podjela zgade iz koje se primjećuje kontrast otvorenog i fleksibilnog međuprostora te naizgled zatvorenijih bočnih dijelova zgrade.
Abstract (english)
The office building is located in the southwestern part of the city of Osijek in the urbanistically defined business zone Retfala - south. The concept comes from looking at the surrounding. Accordingly, to the east and west of the building there are plots with buildings of the same purpose, which, by mirroring on my own building, form two lateral longitudinal parts of the building with offices and accompanying business facilities. To the south of the building there is a plot of public use that conveys a public character along the center of the building. This creates a tripartite division of the building from which the contrast between the open and flexible interspace and the seemingly more closed side parts of the building.
