Abstract
Zadatak završnog rada je urbanističko-arhitektonsko rješenje poslovne zone Gacka. Poslovna zona Gacka smještena je u južnom dijelu grada Osijeka - Industrijska zona. Obuhvat je omeđen Ulicom Kneza Trpimira te novoplaniranom ulicom sa zapadne strane te se s iste pristupa poslovnom kompleksu. Urbanističkim rješenjem na parceli se planira tri poslovne zgrade i hotel (ugostiteljsko-turistička namjena). Oblikovanje zgrada i raspored proizlazi iz analize okolnog naselja, potreba stanovnika i željom za atraktivniji ulaz u grad. Arhitektonsko rješenje proizlazi iz nekoliko zahtjeva urbanističkog rješenja. Tri tornja različite visine stvaraju novu vizuru na ulazu u grad, a ujedno pozivaju i pješake da istraže njezinu okolinu. Zgrada je podjeljena na dvije jedinice posvećene formalnom radu i središnju koja pruža zaposlenicima različite neformalne oblike rada. Tri jedinice spojene su mostovima koji predstavljaju zelene zone zgrade - vraćanje onoga što je tlu oduzeto, a tvrtki nudi mogućnost proširenja sadržaja. Pročelja zgrade obložena su vertikalnim čeličnim brisolejima postavljenim na određenim razmacima koji osim što poslovnim prostorima daju osjećaj introvertiranosti izvana, pružaju radnicima atraktivne poglede iznutra.
Abstract (english)
The task of the final paper was the urban and architectural solution of a business zone. The business zone Gacka is located in the southern part of Osijek - Industrial zone.The parcel is bordered by Kneza Trpimira street and newely planned street from which is the main access to the business complex. With an urban solution, there are three business buildings planned on the parcel and one hotel for touristic purposes. Building design and placing on the parcel comes mainly from the analysis of the area, the needs of local people and our desire for a more attractive entrance. The architectural solution comes from a few requirements that were set in the urban solution. Three towers, each a different height, create a new view of the city entrance and at the same time they invite pedestrians to explore the building's surroundings. The building is split into two parts dedicated mainly for formal type of work - offices and one central building that allows workers to explore different types of informal work. Three units are connected with a bridge which represents a building green zone - giving back to nature what is taken and also it allows the firm to expand their possibilities. Building facades are covered with vertical steel sunshades that are placed at a certain distance, which gives introverted feel when looking from the outside, but workers can enjoy their special views from the inside.
