Abstract
U završnom radu je opisan pojam njege betona te uloga njege na svojstva očvrsnulog betona. Pobliže je opisana svaka metoda, razlike između pojedinih metoda te njihove prednosti i nedostatci. Prikazano je vrijeme trajanje njege betona te je navedeno kada bi se trebalo započeti i završiti sa njegom betona u različitim vremenskim uvjetima. Navedene su posljedice koje uzrokuje manjkava, odnosno nekvalitetna njega betona te opasnosti do kojih te posljedice mogu dovesti. Na temelju istraživanja drugih autora te analizom istih, dani su zaključci o utjecaju njege betona na trajnost konstrukcije te je objašnjena svrha njege betona.
