Abstract
Tema završnog rada je urbanističko i arhitektonsko rješenje poslovne zone Retfala - jug. Glavna ideja urbanističkog oblikovanja bila je stvoriti kulturnu sredinu. Obuhvat je podijeljen na 9 parcela. Na jugozapadnoj parceli je zamišljen toranj kulturne namjene, koji bi bio nova gravitacijska točka u Osijeku. Nasuprot te vertikale, u horizontalu smo postavili organičku nadstrešnicu ispod koje se nalaze razni paviljoni različitih namjena. Ovim projektom definira se idejno rješenje poslovne zgrade koja je smještena na sjeveru zadanog obuhvata. Zgrada ima dvije glavne podjele. Jugoistočna prema šetalištu i sjeverozapadna prema cesti. Ideja je bila otvoriti zgradu prema središtu. To ostvarujem prodorom koji se kroz etaže, sve više širi. Taj Zgrada se zatvara od nepovoljnog okoliša, na sjeverozapadu. Time nastaje dinamika između dva lica zgrade.
Abstract (english)
The subject of the final paper is the urban and architectural solution of the business zone Retfala - south. The main idea of ​urban design was to create a cultural environment. The area is divided into 9 plots. A cultural tower is planned on the southwest plot, which would be a new point of gravity in Osijek. Opposite that vertical, we placed an organic canopy in the horizontal, under which there are various pavilions of different purposes. This project defines the conceptual solution of the office building, which is located in the north of the given area. The building has two main divisions. Southeast towards the promenade and northwest towards the road. The idea was to open the building towards the center. It achieves this through penetration, which is expanding more and more through the floors. That building closes from the unfavorable environment, in the northwest. Time creates a dynamic between the two faces of the building.
