Abstract
Ovaj rad opisuje planiranje dinamike nabave materijala na gradilištu. Poseban naglasak je na važnosti preciznog planiranja nabave materijala kako bi se osigurala pravovremena dostupnost materijala i time kontinuiran rad te kako bi se izbjegli mogući problemi poput kašnjenja ili prekoračenja budžeta. Rad analizira postupak nabave, od određivanja potrebnog materijala do isporuke i plaćanja materijala te različite pristupe nabave. Dio rada posvećen je skladištenju materijala, kako na centralnim skladištima poduzeća, tako i na samom gradilištu, uz opis različitih skladišta i objašnjenje važnosti osiguranja urednosti, sigurnosti i preglednosti skladišta. Opisani su i mogući rizici te kako ih svesti na minimum ili izbjeći u potpunosti. Provedena je anketa kojom su prikupljene informacije jednog izvođača o nabavi, povjerenju u dobavljače, skladištenju i rizicima.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the planning of material procurement dynamics at construction sites. Special emphasis is placed on the importance of precise procurement planning to ensure the timely availability of materials, thus enabling continuous work and avoiding potential issues such as delays or budget overruns. The paper analyzes the procurement process, from determining the required materials to delivery and payment, as well as various procurement approaches. A section of the paper is dedicated to material storage, both in central company warehouses and on-site, with a description of different storage facilities and an explanation of the importance of maintaining order, safety, and visibility in warehouses. Potential risks are also described, along with strategies to minimize or completely avoid them. A survey was conducted to gather information from a contractor regarding procurement, trust in suppliers, warehousing, and risks.
