Abstract
Ovaj završni rad bavi se na metodama sanacija temeljenja pružajući pregled značajnijih metoda i njihovih ključnih elemenata. Ističu se problemi koji nastaju kod temelja te načini sanacija oštećenih temelja. Definiraju se temelji, njihova uloga i podjela po vrstama u građevinarstvu te se navode osnovni pojmovi vezani uz proračune njihove nosivosti i slijeganja. Analiziraju se uzroci oštećenja temelja te njihovi vidljivi znakovi. Opisuju se istražni radovi i pravilni postupci projektiranja sanacije koji su potrebni za procjenu stanja temelja te provedbu radova sanacije. Opisuje različite metode sanacije koje se uspoređuju prema njihovim prednostima i manama kao i njihovoj primjeni u različitim okolnostima. Zaključak prikazuje konačni osvrt na cijelu problematiku i bitne aspekte sanacije temelja.
Abstract (english)
This final thesis is based on foundation repair methods, providing an overview of key elements. The problems that arise with the foundations and the ways of repairing damaged foundations are emphasized. Foundations are defined, their role and division in construction, together with a brief description of calculations of bearing capacity and settlement. The causes of foundation damage and their visible signs are analyzed. Investigative works and correct rehabilitation design procedures are described, which are necessary for assessing the condition of the foundation and execution of remediation measures. Different rehabilitation methods are described and compared according to their advantages and disadvantages as well as their specific applications. The conclusion presents a final overview of the entire problem and important aspects of foundation rehabilitation.
