Abstract
Projektirana poslovna zgrada smještena je na periferiji grada Osijeka, unutar poslovne zone Retfala Jug. Urbanističkim planom određena je lokacija poslovnih zgrada uz osigurane pješačke i kolne pristupe unutar cijelog urbanističkog obuhvata. Arhitektonsko rješenje posvećeno je poslovnoj zgradi koja se nalazi na samom sjeveru parcele. Koncept zgrade proizašao je iz urbanističkoga rješenja gdje je cilj bio aktivirati središnji prostor uz pojavljivanje šetnice te javnih i društvenih sadržaja. Nastavak te šetnice prodire kroz masu zgrade dijeleći ju tako na 2 djela gdje su se smjestili poslovni prostori. U središnjem dijelu nalaze se zajednički prostori te se preko njega povezuju dva razdvojena dijela čineći tako da se uvijek nalazimo u centru zbivanja. Cilj je iskoristiti istočnu i zapadnu stranu za poslovne prostore jer one pružaju najbolje vizure, dok je središnji prostor postao atraktivan zbog svog sadržaja te galerijskog oblikovanja
Abstract (english)
The designed office building is located on the outskirts of the city of Osijek, within the Retfala South business zone. The urban plan determines the location of business buildings with secured pedestrian and vehicular access within the entire urban scope. The architectural solution is dedicated to the office building located in the very north of the plot. The concept of the building came from an urban planning solution where the goal was to activate the central space with the appearance of a promenade and public and social facilities. In the central part, there are common spaces, and the two separated parts are connected through it, so that we are always in the center of events. The goal is to use the east and west sides for business spaces, because they offer the best views, while the central space has become attractive because of its content and gallery design.
