Abstract
Strujanje otvorenim koritima (slobodnom površinom) je strujanje sa slobodnom graničnom plohom kapljevine i zraka gdje su pod istim atmosferskim tlakom sve točke slobodne površine. U hidraulici se ovo strujanje slobodne površine može odnositi i na strujanje vode u otvorenim koritima, prirodnim vodotocima i strujanje vode u zatvorenim koritima djelomično ispunjenim vodom. Strujanje može biti gravitacijsko ili/i potisno; ovu vrstu strujanja se promatra s obzirom na uzrok strujanja. Kod potisnog toka strujanje je uvijek tlačno, dok kod gravitacijskog može biti tlačno i sa slobodnom površinom. Javljanje hrapavosti podloge znatno utječe na parametre strujanja, a samim time i na koeficijent otpora trenja koji zavisi o razvoju graničnog sloja.
Abstract (english)
Flow through open troughs (free surface) is flow with a free boundary surface of liquid and air where all points of the free surface are under the same atmospheric pressure. In hydraulics, this free surface flow can also refer to water flow in open troughs, natural watercourses, and water flow in closed troughs partially filled with water. The flow can be gravitational or/and thrust; this type of flow is observed with regard to the cause of the flow. In pressure flow, the flow is always under pressure, while in gravity flow, it can be under pressure even with a free surface. The appearance of surface roughness significantly affects the flow parameters and thus the coefficient of friction resistance, which depends on the development of the boundary layer.
