Abstract
Poslovna zona Retfala smještena je na južnom ulazu u grad Osijek. U zoni je predviđeno devet poslovnih zgrada s javnim i ozelenjenim prostorom te šetnicom koja ih povezuje. Poslovna zgrada nalazi se na sjevernom dijelu obuhvata, u nizu lamela. Glavna ideja vodilja pri projektiranju zgrade bila je prilagodba okolini u kojoj se nalazi. Zgrada tako ostvaruje interakciju sa šetnicom koja prolazi uz njezin južni dio, dok se istovremeno distancira od bučnog i neprivlačnog sjevernog dijela. Prostor zgrade obogaćen je otvorenim, ekstrovertnim zonama, što je dodatno naglašeno zatvorenim kubusima koji sadrže prostore introvertnog karaktera.
Abstract (english)
The business zone Retfala is situated at the southern entrance to the city of Osijek, with plans for nine business buildings accompanied by public and green spaces, as well as a promenade connecting them all. The office building is positioned in the northern part of the complex, forming part of a series of slats. The central design principle of the building was to respond to its surrounding environment. As a result, the building establishes a connection with the promenade along its southern side while distancing itself from the noisy and less appealing northern side. The structure incorporates open, extroverted spaces, accentuated by enclosed cubes that house spaces with an introverted character.
