Abstract
Ovaj završni rad govori o teoriji organizacije. Definira pojam teorije organizacije, ideje i perspektive, odnose teorije i organizacije i ljudskih aktivnosti te odnos teorije organizacije i prakse upravljanja. Također, obrađuju se teme poput društvenog inženjeringa te kritičke alternative menadžmenta. Rad obrađuje prirodu teorije organizacije, pozitivističke protagoniste te filozofske rasprave oko uloge subjektivnog u znanosti. Nadalje, obrađuje se postmodernizam te modernističke i neo-modernističke teorije organizacije. Na kraju, spominje se i reflektivna teorija organizacije te se zaključuje s činjenicom kako je potrebno razumjeti teorije organizacije kako bi se organizacija moglo uspješno provesti.
