Abstract
U ovom radu izrađena je projektno-tehnička dokumentacija armiranobetonske zgrade stropa stambene zgrade zadanog tlocrtnog rješenja.Stambena zgrada ( Po+P+5 ), smještena je u Dubrovačkoj 16 u Osijeku na katastarskoj čestici koja je opisana kao k.č.br. 1712/1 k.o. Osijek. Prema izmjenama i dopunama Prostornog plana općine Osijek navedeno zemljište nalazi se u zoni mješovite namjene. Na površini oznake 1 u prostoru Dubrovačke ulice određena je gradnja građevine stambeno-poslovne namjene. Građevina je predviđena kao djelomično uklopljena sa sjeverne strane ( vidljivo iz situacijskog plana i grafičkih priloga idejnog rješenja u privitku), a s preostale tri strane i djelomično sjeverne, slobodnostojeća. Rub građevine sa istočne strane se poklapa s građevinskom linijom Dubrovačke ulice.
