Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je objasniti upravljanje građevinskog projekta i njegove dijelove. Kroz primjer izgradnje mosta preko Orljave u km 4 + 923.94 na obilaznici Pleternica je izveden dinamički plan (gantogram i mrežni plan) sa pripadnom S-krivuljom troškova te je prikazana strukturna raščlamba projekta (WBS) i organizacijska struktura (OBS).
Abstract (english)
The goal of this work is to explain the management of a construction project and its parts. Dynamic plan (Gant chart and network diagram) with cost displaying corresponding S-curve, work breakdown structure (WBS) and organizational breakdown structure (OBS) were derived through the example of bridge construction over river Orljava at km 4 + 923.94 on Pleternica beltway.
