Abstract
Ovaj rad prikazuje dijelove i definicije projekta te sam postupak upravljanja projektom. Izrađena je strukturna raščlamba projekta (WBS) i organizacijska struktura (OBS) te su međusobno povezane logičkim slijedom. U radu je izrađen i dinamički plan (gantogram skupa sa prikazom liste aktivnosti radova) na primjeru izgradnje nove ulice između Divaltove i ulice za ''Metro'' u Osijeku, zajedno sa S-krivuljom koja prati kretanje troškova u vremenu.
Abstract (english)
This work presents the parts and definition of the project also the process of project management. It is describing how the work breakdown structure (WBS), and organizational breakdown structure (OBS) are made and both linked in logical order. The work presents creating a Dynamic plan (Gantt chart together with a list of activities ) on the example of building new street, along with S-curve that follows the movement of the cost in time.
