Abstract
Predmet istraživanja ovog rada primjena je BIM tehnologije u 5D, odnosno procjeni troškova izgradnje te izgradivosti modela na temelju ove tehnologije. Rad se sastoji od teorijskog i praktičnog dijela. U teorijskom dijelu objašnjen je povijesni razvoj BIM-a te detaljnije definiran BIM sustav, tj. što on zapravo jest. U radu je opisana razina razvijenosti modela (engl. Level of Development, LOD) te razlika između LOD i LoD (engl. Level of Detail, LoD). Također, obrađen je koncept izgradivosti i AHP metoda višekriterijskog odlučivanja. U praktičnom dijelu ovog rada izrađena su tri 3D BIM modela Osječke ljevaonice željeza (OLT-a) različitih materijala na koji su pridodani 4D (vrijeme) i 5D (troškovi). Potom se na temelju svih modela i prikupljenih informacija izvršila procjena izgradivosti pomoću AHP metode. AHP metoda za odlučivanje izgradivosti modela temelji se na 10 kriterija navedenih u radu. Korišteni softveri u ovom radu su: Grafisoft Archidad 20, Revit Architecture 2017, GALA 2012 – softver za graditeljstvo, Solibri Model Viewer, Microsoft Project 2013, Expert choice 11.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this paper is the use of BIM technology in 5D, ie estimation of construction costs and model building on the basis of this technology. The work consists of a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains the historical development of BIM, the more detailed the BIM system is and what it actually is. The paper describes the Level of Development (LOD) and the difference between LOD and LoD ( Level of Detail-LoD). The concept of constuctability and the AHP method of multi-criteria decision-making were also elaborated. In the practical part of this paper, three 3D BIM models of Osijek Iron Foundry of various materials were added, with 4D (time) and 5D (cost) attached. Then, based on all the models and the collected information, an AHP assessment of buildability was made. The AHP method for deciding constuctability of the model is based on the 10 criteria listed in the paper. The software used in this paper are: Grafisoft Archidad 20, Revit Architecture 2017, GALA 2012 - Building Software, Solibri Model Viewer, Microsoft Project 2013, Expert Choice 11.
