Abstract
U radu se opisuju opći pojmovi vezani uz pojam kvalitete, čimbenike kvalitete, te upravljanje kvalitetom. Svi pojmovi pojašnjeni su u kontekstu područja građevinarstva. Opisani su različiti pogledi na kvalitetu i upravljanje kvalitetom, kroz povijest sve do današnjih dana. Detaljnija razrada u radu se bavi proučavanjem uloga i obveza direktnih i indirektnih sudionika u procesu upravljanja kvalitetom. Temelj razrade je zakonodavni okvir koji pojašnjava uloge i obveze svih sudionika. Osim uloga sudionika u projektu, opisani su procesi upravljanja kvalitetom - planiranje kvalitete, osiguranje kvalitete i kontrola kvalitete. U radu je detaljno pojašnjen utjecaj svakog od navedenih procesa na projekt te je pojašnjeno na koji način koji proces utječe na približavanje kvaliteti koja je zahtjevana od investitora. Odnos između pojedinih sudionika i procesa upravljanja kvalitetom prikazan je u obliku matrice koja na pregledan način pojašnjava odnos između pojedinih sudionika u procesu gradnje, u odnosu na procese upravljanja kvalitetom. U okviru rad je analizira struktura programa osiguranja i kontrole kvalitete za projekt izgradnje crpne stanice s uređajem za pročišćavanje vode za piće i pratećim infrastrukturnim objektima. Pojašnjen je način i određena učestalost i način ispitivanja i kontrole kvalitete u svim fazama projekta.
Abstract (english)
The paper describes general terms related to the concept of quality, quality factors and quality management. All terms are clarified in the context of the construction sector. Different views on quality and quality management are described, through history to the present day. The more detailed elaboration in the paper deals with the study of the roles and obligations of direct and indirect participants in the process of quality management. The basis for elaborating is a legislative framework explaining the roles and responsibilities of all participants. In addition to the role of project participants, quality management processes - quality planning, quality assurance and quality control are described. This paper gives a detailed explanation of each of the processes involved in the project and explains how the process influences the quality required by the investor. The relationship between the individual participants and the quality management process is presented in a matrix form that clarifies the relationship between the individual participants in the construction process in relation to quality management processes. The paper analyzes the structure of the insurance and quality control program for the pump construction project with the drinking water treatment plant and the accompanying infrastructure facilities. The manner and frequency and the method of testing and quality control are clarified in all phases of the project.
