Abstract U ovom diplomskom radu provedena je usporedba nastanka teoretskih i stvarnih vrijednosti emisija CO2 uslijed potrošnje energije obiteljske kuće smještene u kontinentalnom dijelu Hrvatske tijekom 50 godina. Life cycle assessment, LCA).
Abstract (english) The paper presents a comparison of the theoretical and actual energy consumption values of a family home located in the continental part of Croatia. It deals with the problem of the use of a One Click LCA software for a life cycle assessment, which helps to calculate and reduce the environmental impact of construction and infrastructure projects and products. One Click LCA can be used in compliance with a DGNB certification (DGNB - Deutsche Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen).
The research methodology includes the literature review and the calculation of the value of consumed energy according to the Algorithm that uses the tool for calculating the LCA of abuilding "LCA, EN-15978" during the construction and usage of the house over the period of 50 years, based on the given calculation, 75% of all CO2 emissions was generated by energy consumption. The remaining CO2 emissions were generated in different stages of the construction and usage of the house; such as the purchase of materials (12,4%), the transport of materials (1,0%), the transportation to destination (1,2%), construction (5,2%), maintenance (4,7%) and the end of a life cycle of the house (0,5%), which generated 255 711 kg of CO2 emissions.
The analysis is based on the real data on the materials and energy that were used for the construction and the usage of the house during the period of 50 years and it showed that there is a difference between the theoretical and actual results of CO2 emissions. According to theoretical data (certificate) 70,4% of CO2 emissions for the same house would be caused by energy consumption, which would in the end generate 216 097 kg of CO2 emissions. According to that, a 15,5 per cent difference between theoretical and actual results of CO2 emissions stresses the importance of using actual data since actual results are higher than theoretical.
