The aim of the thesis "BIM Bridge Model" is modelling of a bridge using BIM (Building Information Modelling) tools and the available data for Rječina bridge which is a part of Rijeka bypass. Text begins with an introduction that gives a brief overview of the development of the construction with the evolution of the society, as well as its future vision in the context of BIM development as indicated in relevant sources. The following chapters explain basic concepts associated with BIM: BIM roles, file formats, computer programs etc., which are followed by an overview of the BIM usage in Croatia and Europe. The "Designing in BIM" section describes the levels of model development and provides guidelines for organizing work and managing files when using BIM computer programs. To design the bridge model, Allplan and the Allplan Bridge module from the German company Nemetschek, was selected. The computer program description is followed by a description of the bridge. The bridge is a strut frame bridge consisting of prestressed concrete box girders with spans measuring 50,0 + 108,5 + 50,0 m. The description provides general bridge information and precedes the chapter called "BIM Model" that details the model development process. The model development begins in the Allplan Bridge module, where cross sections, structural elements, materials, cables, bridge equipment and construction phases are defined. Data is then imported into Allplan, where detail modelling is performed, such as adding missing bridge equipment, preparing blueprints etc.
