Abstract
Cilj izrade ovog diplomskog rada je istražiti suvremene trendove u projektima stanogradnje i navesti primjere inženjerskih odmaka od standardne prakse. Za potrebe izrade rada napravljena je teorijska podloga korelacije tradicionalnih građevinskih principa rada, tehnoloških sustava i materijala u odnosu na inovativna moderna rješenja. Naglasak je stavljen na opis karakteristika građevinskih proizvoda i procesa sa svojim prednostima i nedostacima u svim fazama životnog vijeka građevine. Posebno su razrađeni ekološki održivi aspekti gradnje, energetska učinkovitost i cirkularna ekonomija sa svim svojim načelima i ograničenjima u primjeni. U studiji slučaja navedena su i argumentirana implementirana inovativna rješenja građevinskog projekta stambeno-poslovne zgrade u Zagrebu.
Abstract (english)
The goal of this thesis is to investigate contemporary trends in residential construction projects and to provide real life examples of improvements from standard engineering practice. Extensive theoretical background was created in order to show the correlation of traditional engineering principles, technological systems and materials in comparison to innovative modern solutions. Focus is orieneted on the description of the characteristics of construction products and processes with their advantages and disadvantages in all phases of the building's life cycle. Ecologically sustainable aspects of construction, energy efficiency and circular economy with all their principles and limitations have been specially elaborated. In the case study are listed and elaborated implemented innovative solutions of the construction project of a residential and commercial building in Zagreb.
