In the theoretical part of the final paper, I dealt with the topic "Analysis of impact load on elastic beams". The goal was to show and define the general theoretical assumptions and features about the bending of beams through the laws of the balance of forces and moments, then show all the laws in more detail with pictures and associated extracts. Furthermore, the stress and deformation analysis during the dynamic loading of the beam for the case of transverse impact load of the weights on the support was processed. The analysis was processed with certain assumptions which take into account the ratio of the mass of the beam and weights. The calculation was made for the ideal case where there is no energy loss in the system. Through the analysis, the influence of the spring on the deflection of the beam was taken in account. Also, as part of the description of the impact load analysis, the axial impact load for the case of a constant cross-section and for the case of a compound rod with different cross-sections was processed. In the practical part of the final paper, the given task was solved, which aim was to show the influence of height on the stress in the beam and the influence of the change in the height of the cross-section on the maximum height from which the load can fall without breaking. A calculation, excel tables and diagrams were made for the given task, which show the required relations.
