Abstract
Graditeljsvo je jedna od najvažnijih gospodarskih grana u Europi. Obuhvaća od regulacije usluga i poslova do same izvedbe radova i odabira adekvatnih osoba za provođenje cijelog projekta. U samom radu pobliže je prikazan sustav graditeljstva. Ponajviše u Republici Hrvatskoj, a tako i zemljama Europske unije, nakon što je Hrvatska postala jedna od članica. Sadržaj rada temeljen je na važećim zakonima donesenim za prostorno uređenje i samu gradnju te literaturi vezanoj uz sam pojam regulacije djelatnosti.
Abstract (english)
Construction is one of the most important economic branches in Europe. Includes from the regulation of services and jobs to the actual execution of the works and the selection of adequate people for the execution of the entire project. The construction system is presented in more detail in the paper itself. Mostly in the Republic of Croatia, and also in the countries of the European Union after Croatia became one of the members. The content of the paper is based on valid laws adopted for spatial planning and construction itself, as well as literature related to the very concept of activity regulation.
