Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je staklo u zgradarstvu. U radu je opisan sastav, svojstva, proces proizvodnje i primjena stakla u zgradarstvu. Obuhvaćene su različite vrste, ponajprije ravnog stakla koje se koristi za izradu konstruktivnih i nekonstruktivnih elemenata u konstrukciji i kao fasadna obloga. Opisani su i proizvodi od stakla koji se koriste za izolaciju zgrada ili za izradu lakih betona. Također, navedena je važnost recikliranja građevinskog stakla i upotreba staklenog krša za proizvodnju stakla i proizvoda od stakla.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this thesis is glass in buildings. The paper describes the composition, properties, production process and application of glass in buildings. Different types of glass are covered in this paper, primarily flat glass, which is used for the production of constructive and nonconstructive elements in the structure and as facade cladding. Glass products used to insulate buildings or to make lightweight concrete are also described. Also, the importance of recycling construction glass and the use of glass cullet for the production of glass and glass products are mentioned.
