Abstract
Nit vodilja ovog završnog rada je povezanost Mohrovih kružnica s mehanikom tla. Mohrova kružnica naprezanja je grafički prikaz stanja naprezanja u točki tijela. Ona se prikazuje u dijagramu čije osi su komponente naprezanja σ i τ. U ovom radu objašnjeni su pojmovi naprezanja, deformacija te je razrađena uloga Mohrovih kružnica u mehanici tla. Cijeli rad je popraćen primjerima i rješenjima s detaljnim postupkom. Na samom kraju ukratko je objašnjen Mohr-Coulombov kriterij čvrstoće.
Abstract (english)
The guiding thread of this final paper is the connection of Mohr circles with soil mechanics. The Mohr stress circle is a graphical representation of the stress state at a point in the body. It is shown in the diagram whose components are the stress components σ and τ. In this paper, the concepts of stress, deformation are explained, and the role of Mohr circles in soil mechanics is elaborated. The entire paper is accompanied by examples and solutions with a detailed procedure. At the very end, the Mohr-Coulomb failure criterion is briefly explained.
