Abstract
U radu su opisani obrasci za pregled građevina nakon potresa, te formiranje i način rada geoinformacijskog sustava (GIS) za procjene uporabljivosti zgrada nakon potresa koji se dogodio 22.ožujka 2020. godine u Zagrebu. Baza podataka koja je pri tome formirana značajno je doprinijela pravovremenoj provedbi hitnih intervencija oštećenih građevina kao i u dodatnim analizama i strategijskom planiranju obnove grada Zagreba. U radu je predstavljen detaljan opis hrvatskog obrasca za pregled građevina nakon potresa, njegova usporedba s obrascima susjednih zemalja. Prikazan je opis osnovnih oštećenja na temelju kojih se donosi inženjerska procjena uporabljivosti zgrade. Opisan je digitalni način prikupljanja informacija on-site i obrada prikupljenih podataka na temelju kojih se donose odgovarajuće mjere i planiraju daljnje aktivnosti. Za izdvojeno područje Donjeg grada u Zagrebu prikazana je obrada podataka iz procjena, prikazana je uporaba filtriranja podataka te njihova statistička obrada.
Abstract (english)
The thesis describes the forms for the post earthquake damage and usability assessment, and the formation and operation of the geoinformation system (GIS) after the earthquake that occurred on March 22, 2020 in Zagreb. The database that was formed significantly contributed to the timely implementation of urgent interventions of damaged buildings as well as in additional analyses and strategic planning of the reconstructions for the city of Zagreb. The thesis presents a detailed description of the Croatian form for inspection of buildings after earthquake and comparison with the neighbouring countries procedures. Description of the basic damage classification of buildings in order to describe parameters that influence the final engineering decision on the usability of the building. Furthermore, the digital method of collecting information on-site and processing the collected data is given. For the selected area of the Lower Town in Zagreb, the processing of data from estimates is shown, the use of data filtering and their statistical processing are presented.
