Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada su saćasti nosači. Saćasti nosači su čelični nosači koji imaju šesterokutne otvore u hrptu. Izrađuju se iz punostijenih nosača uzdužnim rezanjem hrpta te zavarivanjem duž ruba otvora. U odnosu na izvorne punostijene nosače imaju veći moment tromosti te veću nosivost i krutost. U radu su prikazane vrste nosača sa otvorima u hrptu koji mogu biti šesterokutni, osmerokutni, okrugli, pravokutni, trokutasti i kombinirani. Opisane su karakteristike saćastih nosača i način izrade iz punostijenih nosača. Nadalje, prikazana je primjena saćastih nosača u različitim tipovima izvedenih konstrukcija. Na kraju je prikazan način proračuna saćastih nosača prema europskoj normi Eurocode.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this thesis is called Castellated beams. Castellated beams are made of steel supports that have hexagonal openings in the spine. They are made from solid-walled supports by longitudinal cutting of the spine and welding along the edge of the opening. Compared to the original solid wall beams, they have a greater moment of inertia and greater load capacity and stiffness. This thesis shows the types of supports with openings in the back, which can be hexagonal, octagonal, round, rectangular, triangular and combined. The characteristics of castellated beams and the method of making them from solid-walled beams are described. Furthermore, the application of castellated beams in different types of constructions is presented. At the end, the method of calculating castellated beams according to the European standard Eurocode is presented.
