Abstract U ovom radu prikazano je BIM modeliranje prednapetog pločastog mosta u programu Allplan Bridge. Opisana je izrada geometrijskog modela mosta, od postavljanje nivelete, kreiranje poprečnih presjeka svih dijelova mosta, definiranje varijabli i varijacija varijabli koje se zadaju u poprečnim presjecima, modeliranje svih elemenata konstrukcije te zadavanje materijala elementima. Opisan je postupak zadavanja kabela za prednapinjanje i postupak prednapinjanja mosta. Predviđena je izvedba mosta raspon po raspon pa je zadano pet faza građenja. U svakoj fazi su definirani odgovarajući zadaci za izradu pojedinog sklopa. Nakon što je izrađen geometrijski model mosta, model se prebacio u program Allplan kako bi se izradili nacrti pojedinih dijelova mosta. Kako bi se proveo statički proračun modela definirane su konstrukcijske veze između elemenata mosta i zadana armatura u poprečnim presjecima. Kako bi se zadala opterećenja na most definirane su dodatne faze u prije izrađenom rasporedu građenja. Nakon što se definira faza građenja zadnjeg raspona, definirani su dodatno stalno opterećenje, opterećenje od temperature, opterećenje zbog slijeganja, opterećenje vjetrom, opterećenje zbog zamjene ležajeva te prometno opterećenje i opterećenje od kočenja. Opterećenje od vlastite težine i opterećenje zbog skupljanja i puzanja te prednapinjanja uzeto je u obzir u prije definiranim fazama građenja. Zatim se opterećenja superponiraju u slučajeve opterećenja i anvelope koje se koriste u definiraju kombinacija u tablici kombinacija. Nakon proračuna prikazane su rezne sile za faze građenja i zadana opterećenja. Provedena je provjera nosivosti u kritičnim dijelovima konstrukcije.
Abstract (english) This work presents the BIM modelling of a prestressed plate bridge in the Allplan Bridge. The creation of the geometric model of the bridge is described, from setting the axis, creating the cross-sections of all parts of the bridge, defining the variables and variations of the variables that are set in the cross-sections, modelling all the structural members and assigning the materials to the elements. The procedure for setting the cable for post-tensioning and the procedure for post-tensioning the bridge is described. The bridge is built span by span construction method and it considers five construction stages. After the geometric model of the bridge was created, the model was transferred to the Allplan to create drawings of all parts of the bridge. For static analysis of the bridge, it is necessary to define the structural connections between the bridge elements and assign the reinforcement in the cross sections. In order to assign loads to the bridge, additional phases are defined in the previously prepared construction schedule. The following loads are defined after the last span is build: superimposed dead loads, temperature, settlement load, wind, bearing replacement, traffic loads and braking. Dead load and load due to shrinkage and creep and prestressing were taken into account in the previously defined construction phases. Then the loads are superposition in the load cases and envelopes and used in the combinations which are defined in the combination table. After the calculation, the forces for the construction stages and defined loads are shown. The capacity was checked in critical parts of the structure.
