Abstract
Uporaba drva u gradnji drvenih pročelja je složen proces koji zahtjeva određene estetske, toplinske, tehničke i fizičke zahtjeve koji moraju biti zadovoljeni duži niz godina. Drvo na pročeljima kuća je načinjeno od jednostavnih masivnih elemenata koji trebaju oblikovati funkcionalnost, dobar izgled i trajnost. Drvo koje je izloženo vanjskim uvjetima prolazi kroz niz fizičkih i kemijskih promjena koje utječu na njegovu postojanost i estetsku vrijednost. Kako bi postigli željenu kvalitetu moramo postići najveću moguću postojanost drva uz minimalne troškove izgradnje i troškove održavanja. U ovom radu su prikazani načini oblaganja pročelja zgrada te neki načini primjene u praksi.
Abstract (english)
The use of wood in the construction of wooden facades is a complex process that requires certain aesthetic, thermal, technical and physical requirements that must be met for many years. The wood on the facades of the houses is made of simple massive elements that need to shape functionality, good looks and durability. Wood exposed to external conditions undergoes a series of physical and chemical changes that affect its stability and aesthetic value. In order to achieve the desired quality, we must achieve the highest possible durability of the wood with minimal construction and maintenance costs. This paper presents the methods of building facade cladding and some practical application.
