Abstract
BIM Collaboration Format (BCF) predstavlja otvoreni format razvijen za olakšavanje komunikacije o nedostacima i problemima unutar građevinskih projekata temeljenih na Building Information Modeling (BIM). BCF omogućava sudionicima projekta da identificiraju, dokumentiraju i rješavaju probleme koristeći komentare, slike i druge relevantne informacije. Korištenje BCF-a moguće je u svim fazama građevinskog projekta. U prošlosti je bilo potrebno razmjenjivati datoteke, što nije nikako ubrzalo komunikaciju, ali razvojem BCF-a moguće je bez izmjene cijelih BIM datoteka komunicirati o novonastalim problemima. Ovaj format značajno poboljšava koordinaciju i suradnju među različitim disciplinama unutar sektora graditeljstva čime se povećava efikasnost projektnog tima i smanjuju rizici od pogrešaka, prekoračenja rokova i troškova. U ovom diplomskom radu se obrađuje teorijska pozadina BCF standarda te studija slučaja. Studija slučaja obuhvaća izradu 3D i 4D BIM modela te analizu korištenja BCF standarda kod softvera koji su se primjenjivali u studiji slučaja, a koji su Allplan Architecture, BIMcollab Nexus, Solibri Office, BIMcollab Zoom, Bexel Manager i Revit.
Abstract (english)
BIM Collaboration Format (BCF) is an open format designed to simplify communication about issues within construction projects based on Building Information Modeling (BIM). BCF enables project participants to identify, document, and resolve problems using comments, images, and other relevant information. The use of BCF is possible in all phases of a construction project. In the past, it was necessary to exchange the entire file, which did not speed up communication in any way. However, with the development of BCF, it is now possible to communicate about newly created problems without modifying entire BIM files. This format significantly improves coordination and collaboration among different disciplines, within the construction sector, thereby increasing the efficiency of the project team and reducing the risks of errors, deadlines, and costs. This thesis explores the theoretical background of the BCF standard as well as a case study. The case study involves the development of 3D and 4D BIM models and the analysis of the use of the BCF standard in the software applied in the case study, including Allplan Architecture, BIMcollab Nexus, Solibri Office, BIMcollab Zoom, Bexel Manager, and Revit.
