Abstract
Tema ovog rada je razvoj ravnih i zelenih krovova kroz povijest, od njihove prve pojave pa sve do danas, njihova obilježja, podjela te načini i uvjeti pravilne ugradnje i izvedbe. U radu su opisani karakteristični slojevi krovne konstrukcije i njihova ulog te su navedeni materijali koji su najbolji za njihovu pravilnu izvedbu, analizirane i iznesene su prednosti ovakvo izvedenih krovnih konstrukcija naspram klasičnih krovova, a također su definirani načini sanacije u slučaju oštećenja i najčešće pogreške koje se pritom događaju. Sve teoretske postavke potkrijepljene su primjerima izvedenih zgrada.
Abstract (english)
The theme of this paper is the development of flat and green roofs throughout history, from their first appearance to this days, their characteristics, their division, and the modalities and conditions for proper installation and construction. The characteristic layers of the roof structure and their role are described in the paper and listed materials that are best for their proper performance. Analyzed and presented are the advantages of such roof constructions as compared to classic roofs, and defined the methods of repair in case of damage and the most common mistakes. All theoretical assumptions are supported by examples of derived buildings.
