Abstract
U ovom radu opisane su najčešće korištene mjere za smanjenje razina buke od cestovnog prometa u urbanim sredinama. U prvom dijelu rada definirani su najbitniji fizikalni pojmovi potrebni za razumijevanje problematike smanjenja buke te razvoj i povećanje problema buke kroz povijest. S obzirom na štetan utjecaj buke na zdravlje i kvalitetu života čovjeka, u skladu s postojećom regulativom navedene su granične vrijednosti razina buke. Ovisno o mehanizmima nastanka buke te lokalnim uvjetima primjenjuju se različite mjere za smanjenje razina buke. Mjere koje se razmatraju su: izvedba tihih voznih površina, mjere upravljanja prometom, proizvodnja "tiših" cestovnih vozila, proizvodnja guma koje proizvode manje razine buke, održavanje prometnica i vozila te edukacija vozača o pasivnim načinima vožnje. Nastavno na analizu svake od mjera za smanjenje buke doneseni su zaključci o njihovoj učinkovitosti i primjenjivosti u praksi.
Abstract (english)
The most frequently used noise mitigation measures in urban areas are presented in this paper. An overview of the most important physical terms which are important for complete understanding of the subject of noise mitigation, and the evolution of noise are given in the first part of the paper. Considering the harmful effects of noise on human health and quality of living, limit values for noise are also listed in accordance with the existing law regulations. Different noise mitigation measures are applied, depending on the noise source and local conditions. In this paper, the noise mitigation measures which will be reviewed are: construction of low-noise road surfaces (“silent pavements”), traffic management and engineering, production of quieter vehicles, development of low-noise tires, road and vehicle maintenance, and driver education on more passive styles of driving. At the end of the paper the measures were compared based on their effectiveness in different conditions.
