Abstract
Radna snaga u građevinarstvu predstavlja veliki dio ukupnih troškova građevinskih projekata, a izvršenje projekata unutar zadanih ograničenja vremena i novca uvelike ovisi o produktivnosti radnika. Prepoznavanjem faktora koji utjeĉu na zadovoljstvo radne snage i primjenom metoda motivacije i nagrađivanja radnika osigurava se veća radna učinkovitost. U radu je prikazan značaj i uloga motivacijskih metoda i sustava nagrađivanja kao vaţan dio funkcije upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima u građevinskim poduzećima. Napravljen je pregled literature te predstavljena vaţnost motivacije i nagrađivanja radne snage na gradilištima kroz materijalne i nematerijalne oblike nagrađivanja. Kako bi se dobila jasnija slika o stanju motivacije i nagrađivanja radne snage na gradilištima u Republici Hrvatskoj, provedeno je istraţivanje u kojem su sudjelovali inţenjeri na gradilištima na podruĉju Republike Hrvatske. U zakljuĉku su prikazane osnovne spoznaje o motivaciji i nagraĊivanju radne snage u građevinarstvu koje su se stekle ovim istraţivanjem.
Abstract (english)
The construction labour represents a large part of the total cost of construction projects. Furthermore, the execution of projects within the given limits of time and cost largely depends on the productivity of workers. In that regard, greater work efficiency can be ensured by recognizing the factors that affect workforce satisfaction and applying methods of motivating and rewarding workers. This thesis presents the importance and role of motivational methods and reward systems as an important part of the function of human resources management in construction companies. A review of the literature was made and the importance of motivating and rewarding the workforce on construction sites through tangible and intangible forms of rewarding was presented. In order to get a clearer picture of the state of motivation and rewarding of the workforce, a survey of engineers working on construction sites in Republic of Croatia was conducted. In conclusion, the basic knowledge about the motivation and rewarding of the workforce in construction, which was acquired through this study, is presented.
