Abstract Ocjena stanja mosta provodi se na osnovu podataka prikupljenih vizualnim pregledom, a sastoji se od pridruživanja numeričke ocjene oštećenju i/ili konstrukcijskom elementu, kao tehnička procjena veličine i utjecaja oštećenja. Cilj pregleda stanja mostova jest uočiti procese propadanja i njihovog napretka na svim važnim elementima konstrukcije mosta, uzimajući u obzir intenzitet i širenje oštećenja, u svrhu pronalaženja uzroka propadanja te donošenja pravilnih odluka u pravo vrijeme, u svezi očuvanja konstrukcije. Pravovremenim ulaganjem u obnovu i popravak oštećenih konstruktivnih elemenata može se osigurati trajna sigurnost i uporabivost građevina. Glavni cilj ovog rada je pobliže prikazati stanje mosta „Ždrelac“ prije, za vrijeme i nakon rekonstrukcije. Most izgrađen 1973. godine rekonstruiran je 2009.godine, nakon punih 36 godina eksploatacije, a razlozi, način rekonstrukcije i sanacije prikazani su detaljnije u prvom dijelu rada. Eksperimentalni, drugi dio rada, predstavljaju terenska ispitivanja mosta Ždrelac temeljena na vizualnom pregledu i znanju o oštećenjima (rasprostiranje, intenzitet, lokacija, važnost) te njihovim učincima na konstrukciju mosta. Pregledi mosta rađeni su u skladu sa smjernicama za pregledavanje mostova koje su razvijene u sklopu kolegija „Trajnost konstrukcija“ na diplomskom studiju građevinarstva [1], a koje se baziraju na praktičnim smjernicama Hrvatskih cesta [2] i Hrvatskih autocesta [3] [4]. Prema „Priručniku za provedbu pregleda“ razvijene su plohe svih elemenata mosta, kao podloge za vizualni pregled građevine. Terenskim snimanjem, kartiranjem oštećenja, foto-dokumentiranjem i donošenjem zaključne ocjene stanja današnjeg mosta prema „Katalogu oštećenja“, dan je uvid u to što se sve projektom sanacije i rekonstrukcije propustilo. Napravljena je kontrola nosivosti karakterističnog nosača na prometno opterećenje prema starim Privremenim tehničkim propisima za određivanje opterećenja mostova te prema današnjem Eurokodu EN 1991 -2. Na temelju detaljnog vizualnog pregleda i zaključka o stanju elemenata konstrukcije, dan je izvještaj o potrebnim postupcima sanacije te hitnosti iste.
Abstract (english) The bridge condition evaluation has been conducted based on data collected through visual inspection, where bridge damages and structural elements have been numerically evaluated as a technical assessment of size and type of damage. The objective of bridge condition inspection is to notice beginning of decomposition processes, respectively to notice the progress of decomposition of every important part of bridge construction, taking into account the intensity and spreading of damages, all with purpose of finding the causes of decomposition and enactment of right decision regarding preservation of structure condition of the bridge. With timely investment in renovation and sanation of damaged construction elements, permanent security and serveability of structure can be secured. The assignment of this thesis is to give more detailed review of „Ždrelac“ bridge before, during and after the reconstruction. The bridge was built in 1973. and reconstructed in 2009., reasons and the method of reconstruction and sanation are in detail showed in the part of thesis. The second part of the thesis , the experimental one, is represented by field trials of „Ždrelac“ bridge based on visual inspection and knowledge of structure damages (spreading, intensity, location, magnitude) and its affects on the structure of the bridge. The bridge inspection was done in compliance with bridge inspection guidelines that has been developed as a part of subject „Durability of constructions II“, on Faculty of Civil engineering in Zagreb, which are based on practical guideline of „Hrvatske ceste“ and „Hrvatske autoceste“. According to“Inspection implementation manual“ surfaces of bridge elements have been developed , as a base for visual inspection of construction elements. With experimental visual inspection on the terrain of the bridge, mapping of damages, photo documentation and making a final assessment of the condition of presented bridge, all according to the „Damage catalog“, the insight has been given in what has been missed within sanation and reconstruction project. On the basis of a detailed visual inspection and a conclusion on the condition of the structural elements, a report on the necessary remediation procedures and the urgency of the same was given.
