Abstract
Unutar ovog diplomskog rada pobliže je prikazana Investicijska studija bazirana na ulaganju tvrtke Straw d.o.o. u pogon za proizvodnju ekopanela od slame. S obzirom na to da je unazad nekoliko godina velik naglasak na održivi razvoj, ovakva analiza prikazuje da je moguć pristup gradnji i s održivim, prirodnim materijalima, koji ne bi štetili okolišu niti ljudskom životu. Baš iz tog razloga izabrana je slama jer omogućava izradu panela bez dodatnih boja i veziva te širok spektar upotrebe i mogućnost reciklaže. Analiza isplativosti ulaganja se bazira na proizvodnji dvije debljine ekopanela od slame. Analizom tržišta i tehničko-tehnološkom analizom dobiveni su inputi koji su ubačeni u ekonomsku-financijsku analizu i na kraju ocjenu same investicije koja je pokazala isplativost ovakve vrste ulaganja.
Abstract (english)
The Investment Study based on the investment of the company Straw d.o.o. in a plant for the production of straw ecopanels is presented in greater detail in this diploma thesis. Given the recent emphasis on sustainable development, this analysis demonstrates that it is possible to approach construction using sustainable, natural materials that would not harm the environment or human health. As a result, straw was chosen because it allows for the production of panels without the use of additional paints and binders, as well as a wide range of uses and the ability to recycle. The cost-effectiveness analysis is based on the manufacture of two thick straw ecopanels. Market and technical-technological analysis produced inputs that were then incorporated into the economic-financial analysis and, finally, the evaluation of the investment itself, which demonstrated the profitability of this type of investment.
