Abstract
U radu je prikazan postupak procjene oštećenja i uporabljivosti zidane zgrade nakon potresa u Zagrebu. Odabrana je karakteristična zgrada u centru Zagreba koja je pri inicijalnoj procjeni ocijenjena kao privremeno neuporabljiva. U radu su prikazana sva oštećenja te su označena na tlocrtima zgrade. Stupnjevi oštećenja usklađeni su s Europskom makroseizmičkom ljestvicom EMS-98, a primijenjena metodologija korištena je kod brzog pregleda zgrada neposredno nakon potresa. Izmjerene su širine pukotina i ustanovljeni su prevladavajući mehanizmi otkazivanja. Također, dan je prijedlog hitnih mjera koje je potrebno napraviti kako bi se spriječilo daljnje propadanje zgrade. Na kraju je proveden inicijalni numerički proračun zgrade. Utvrđena su kritična mjesta konstrukcije i dane su smjernice za projekt obnove.
Abstract (english)
This paper presents post-earthquake inspection operations of damage and usability of a masonry building after an earthquake in Zagreb. The chosen building was a characteristic building which had been assessed as temporarily unusable. The paper presents the damages which are marked on the ground plan of the building. The degree of damage is in compliance with European macroseismic scale EMS-98, and the applied methodology is used in the initial assessment immediately after the earthquake. The widths of the cracks were measured and the dominant mechanisms of failure were determined. Furthermore, the paper offers a proposal for emergency repairs in order to prevent further damage of the building. Finally, the paper present numerical calculation of the building. It establishes critical points of the construction and provides guidelines for the repair project.
