Abstract U ovom diplomskom radu opisane su metode parcijalnih koeficijenata za postojeće konstrukcije te je proveden proračun ocjene nosivosti za most Pavičići. Naime, ocjena nosivosti postojeće konstrukcije razlikuje se od proračuna novo projektirane konstrukcije zato su se postojeće norme i pravilnici pokazali neučinkovitima kod provjere pouzdanosti. Prema preporukama fib Bulletina 80, metode ocjenjivanja prema kojima se reduciraju parcijalni koeficijenti za nove konstrukcije ovise o odabranom indeksu pouzdanosti i preostalom uporabnom vijeku. Za odabranu ciljanu razinu pouzdanosti i referentni dobivene su proračunske vrijednosti djelovanja i otpornosti mosta Pavičići. Nadalje, analizirane su i uspoređene vrijednosti prometnog djelovanja dobiveni pomoću rezultata WIM mjerenja te prema važećim europskim normama. Na temelju provedene analize most Pavičići zadovoljava nosivost na djelovanja vojnog vozila, tenka M84, za povratni t ref=15 godina i indeks pouzdanosti β=2.8 prema metodi projektirane vrijednosti. Za normirano prometno opterećenje prema Eurokodu, omjer otpornosti i djelovanja iznosi # +, # -,⁄= 0.56 za povratni period t ref =15 godina i indeks pouzdanosti β=2.8 prema metodi projektirane vrijednosti, te # +, # -, ⁄ = 0.80 za stvarno prometno djelovanje dobiveno pomoću podataka WIM mjerenja korištenjem metode prilagodbe parcijalnih koeficijenata. Za najmanji analizirani povratni period od tref =5 godina i indeks pouzdanosti β=2.8 korištenjem stvarnog prometa prema WIM mjerenjima, omjer otpornosti i djelovanja iznosi # +, # -, ⁄ = 0.81. Iz priloženog se može zaključiti sljedeće: (i) predviđanje prometnog djelovanja prema izmjerenim WIM podacima je znatno manje konzervativno od prometnog djelovanja prema Eurokodu; te (ii) metoda projektirane vrijednosti je neznatno manje konzervativna metoda u odnosu na metodu prilagodbe parcijalnih koeficijenata.
Abstract (english) In this master's thesis partial factor methods for existing structure are described reliability assessment for Pavičići bridge is conducted. Namely, assessment calculation existing structure is different from design calculation of new structure, hence the application of conservative resistance and load models for new structures have proven insufficient case of assessment of existing structure. Assessment methods, which give reduction partial factors according to fib Bulletin 80, depend on a reliability index and remaining service life of structure. Assessment values of loads and resistance are calculated for selected target reliability level and reference period of Pavčići bridge. Furthermore, values traffic load according to current European codes and WIM data are analysed and compared. Conclusion based on conducted analysis, Pavičić bridge satisfies on load of the military vehicle tank M84, for the reference period tref =15 years and reliability index β=2.8 according to the design value method. For standard traffic loads according to Eurocode, resistance action ratio is # +, # -, ⁄ = 0.56 for the period of t ref =15 years and reliability index β=2.8 using the design value method, and # +, # -, ⁄ = 0.80 for real traffic load according to measured WIM data using the adjusted partial factor method. For the smallest reference period of tref =15 years and reliability index β=2.8 resistance – action ratio is # +, # -, ⁄ = 0.8. It can be concluded: (i) prediction of traffic loads according to the measured WIM are much less conservative than action described in Eurocode; and (ii) the design method is slightly less conservative than the adjusted partial factor method.
