Abstract
U ovom završnom radu analizirati ćemo porast razine mora na području Istarske županije za 1, 2, 3, 4 i 5 metara. Nadalje, promatrati ćemo ugroženo stanovništvo, kućanstva i objekte na tom području. Analizu provodimo u geografskom informacijskom sustavu(QGIS) u kojem smo primjenili pet podloga koje nisu bile u potpunosti točne, te je bilo potrebno napraviti njihovu korekciju. Ugroženost stanovništva i kućanstava promatrati ćemo za općine i gradove županije, dok ćemo seveso postrojenja, industrijske komercijalne i lučke objekte promatrati za cijelu županiju. Rezultate dobivene iz QGIS-a zajedno s podatcima iz Državnog zavoda za statistiku prema popisu iz 2011. godine prikazali smo tablično i grafički. Na kraju cijele analize vidjeti ćemo da stanovništvo Istarske županije nije u velikoj mjeri ugroženo.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper, we will analyze the rise in sea level in Istria County by 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 meters. We will further observe the vulnerable population, households and facilities in the area. We perform the analysis in the Geographic Information System (QGIS) in which we applied five bases that were not completely accurate, and it was necessary to make their correction. We will observe the vulnerability of the population and households for the municipalities and cities of the county, while we will observe the Seveso plants, industrial, commercial and port facilities for the entire county. The results obtained from QGIS together with data from the Central Bureau of Statistics according to the 2011 census are presented in tables and graphs. At the end of the whole analysis, we will see that the population of Istria County is not greatly endangered.
