Abstract
U radu je obrađena tema vremenskog planiranja taktne i klasične izgradnje zgrada. Planiranje izgradnje uključuje generiranje potrebnih aktivnosti, analizu implikacija tih aktivnosti te izbor između različitih alternativnih načina obavljanja aktivnosti. Vremensko planiranje predstavlja određivanje redoslijeda odvijanja aktivnosti te njihovog usklađivanja sa dostupnim resursima. Objašnjeni su pojmovi taktne i klasične gradnje te utjecaj odabira načina gradnje na ukupno trajanje projekta. Na primjeru projekta izgradnje stambeno-poslovne zgrade u Zagrebu prikazan je vremenski plan izgradnje u MS Projectu za navedene dvije alternative. Nakon provedene analize klasične i taktne gradnje, u konkretnim uvjetima se taktna izgradnja pokazala vremenski i organizacijski povoljnijom.
Abstract (english)
This thesis elaborates the topic of time planning of tactful and traditional building construction. Essential aspects of construction planning include the generation of required activities, analysis of the implications of these activities and choice among the various alternative means of performing activities. Time planning constitutes the sequencing of the activity ,sequencing and their alignment with the available resources. The concepts of tactful and traditional construction are explained and the impact of the choice of construction methods on the overall duration of the project. In the example of construction project in Zagreb, a construction project in the MS Project was presented for these two alternatives. Following the analysis of traditional and tactful construction, in concrete terms, tactful construction proved to be more temporally and organizationally favorable.
