Abstract
Unutar ovog rada se predstavlja suvremeno projektiranje trajnosti na primjeru zgrade izvedene u stvarnosti na potreban vijek uporabe. Rad se sastoji od 6 karakterističnih dijelova. Prvi dio opisuje program kontrole i osiguranje kakvoće, njegov značaj i pregled materijala i tehničke uvjete. Zatim su opisani uvjeti koji se moraju ispuniti tijekom izvedbe građevine. U trećem i četvrtom dijelu su opisani posebni tehnički uvjeti i projektirani vijek uporabe građevine i uvjeti održavanja. Nadalje, detaljnije je obrađeno određivanje razreda izloženosti i debljine zaštitnog sloja na primjeru suvremene građevine na koje se u samom projektu nije previše obraćala pozornost. Naposlijetku, je obrađena požarna otpornost zgrade i zahtjevi vezanu uz zaštitu od požara.
Abstract (english)
Within this paper, contemporary design of durability is presented on the example of a building constructed in reality for the required service life. The work consists od 6 characteristic parts. The first part describes the control program and quality assurance, its importance and review of material and technical conditions. Then are described the conditions that must be met during construction. The third and fourth parts describe the special tehnical conditions and the projected service life of the building and maintenance conditions. Furthermore, the determination of the exposure class and the thickness of the protective layer was processed in more detail on the example of a modern buliding, which was not paid much attention in the project itself. Finally, the building's fire resistance and requairements related to fire protection were addressed.
