Abstract
U ovom radu opisane su inženjerskogeološke značajke stijenske mase u pokosima na širem području grada Kastva. U tu svrhu provedena je inženjerska prospekcija i prospekcijsko kartiranje. Odabrane su četiri lokacije, a stijensku masu izgrađuje vapnenačko-dolomitna breča kredne starosti. Za svaku lokaciju najprije su utvrđene geometrijske značajke pokosa te njegova orijentacija, a zatim su opisane značajke diskontinuiteta iz utvrđenih setova, relevantne za procjenu stanja stabilnosti stijenske mase u pokosima.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the engineer-geological characteristic of rock mass in the slopes of the city Kastav. In the purpose of the description engineering prospection and mapping prospection is conducted. Four sites were selected and the rock mass is made out of limestone-dolomite breccia cretaceous age. For each site firstly there were described the geometrical features of the slopes and its orientation and then the discontinuity features from the established sets relevant to determine the stability state of the rock mass in the described slopes.
