Abstract
U ovom radu proučava se utjecaj čeličnih, staklenih i sintetičkih vlakana na svojstva samozbijajućeg betona u svježem i očvrslom stanju. Projektirane su ukupno četiri mješavine, mješavina samozbijajućeg betona bez vlakana (referentna mješavina) te još tri mješavine s istim volumnim udjelom čeličnih i hibridnih vlakana ali različitim vrstama vlakana. Za sve četiri mješavine ispitana su svojstva u svježem i očvrsnulome stanju. Rezultati ispitivanja u svježem stanju pokazuju da sve mješavine imaju svojstvo samozbijajućeg betona. Sve mješavine s vlaknima pokazale su poboljšana mehanička svojstva u očvrslom stanju u odnosu na referentnu mješavinu. Nadalje, mješavina koja sadrži kombinaciju čeličnih i sintetičkih vlakana pokazala je najveći porast mehaničkih svojstava. Tako srednja vrijednost tlačne čvrstoće iznosi 74 N/mm2, savojne čvrstoće 10,06 N/mm2 a vlačne čvrstoće cijepanjem 16,69 N/mm2 što je povećanje od redom xx%, xx% i XX% u odnsou na referentnu mješavinu.
Abstract (english)
In this study, the main focus is on the influence of steel, glass and synthetic fibres on the properties of self-compacting concrete in the fresh and hardened state. A total of four mixtures were designed, a mix of self-compacting concrete without fibres (reference mixture) and three more mixtures with the same volume fraction of steel and hybrid fibres but with diffrenet type of fibres. Fresh and hardened properties were tested for all four mixtures. The test results show that all mixtures have the property of self-compacting concrete. All mixtures with fibres showed improved mechanical properties in the hardened state compared to the reference mixture without fibres. Furthermore, a mixture containing steel and synthetic fibres showed the most significant increase in mechanical properties. Thus, the mean value of compressive strength is 74 N / mm2, flexural strength 10.06 N / mm2 and tensile strength 16.69 N / mm2.
