Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu opisana je rijeka Kupica sa svojim pritokama te pripadajućim slivnim područjima. Provedena je analiza podataka o karakterističnim mjesečnim i godišnjim protocima Kupice na postajama Izvor Kupice i Brod na Kupi. Opisan je i značaj samog izvorišta rijeke Kupice u kontekstu njegove vodoopskrbe okolnih naselja kao i način energetskog korištenja iste. Fokus je stavljen i na crpnu stanicu Iševnica te na moguće rizike poplavljivanja vodama koje dotječu koritom pritoke Sušice.
Abstract (english)
This diploma thesis describes the Kupica River with its tributaries and associated catchment areas. It analyses the data on the characteristic monthly and annual Kupica discharges at the Izvor Kupice and Brod na Kupi stations. The thesis describes the significance of the Kupica River source in the context of this source supplying water to the surrounding settlements and the method of its use for energy purposes. The focus is also put on the Iševnica pumping station and on the possible risks of flooding by the water flowing in through the channel of the Sušica tributary.
