Abstract
Cilj završnog rada je prikazati stanje s građevinskim otpadom u Republici Hrvatskoj i ukazati na nezadovoljavajuću situaciju sa zbrinjavanjem i oporabom građevinskog otpada te ukazati na potrebu ispravnog zbrinjavanja i oporabe građevinskog otpada putem reciklažnog dvorišta građevnog otpada i burze otpada. Stvarno prijavljene količine građevinskog otpada u službenim evidencijama Republike Hrvatske su znatno manje od stvarno procijenjenih količina. Jedan od zacrtanih nacionalnih ciljeva je odvojeno prikupiti godišnje 75,0 % građevinskog otpada. Zbog navedenog je u završnom radu dan pregled građevinskog otpada i njegovog sadržaja. Isto tako dan je i pregled zakonskih propisa koji uređuju gospodarenje građevinskim otpadom. Opisano je stanje s građevinskim otpadom u Republici Hrvatskoj te dan naglasak na potrebu izgradnje reciklažnih dvorišta građevnog otpada i korištenje burze otpada, te na njihovo funkcioniranje jer pridonose ispravnom odvojenom prikupljanju i oporabi građevinskog otpada.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this final paper is to present the situation with construction waste in the Republic of Croatia and to point out the unsatisfactory condition with the disposal and recovery of construction waste and point out the need for a proper disposal and recovery of construction waste trough recycling yards of construction waste and waste exchange. The actual reported quantities of construction waste in the official records of the Republic of Croatia are significantly less than the ones actually estimated. One of the set national goals is to collect 75.0% of construction waste annually. Due to the above, the final paper provides an overview of construction waste and its contents. An overview of the legal regulations governing construction waste management is also given. The situation with construction waste in the Republic of Croatia is described and the emphasis is placed on the need to build recycling yards of construction waste and usage of waste exchange platforms and their functioning because they contribute to the proper separate collection and recovery of construction waste.
