Abstract
U radu je prikazana provedba eksperimentalne analize savijanja u četiri točke na uzorcima različitih dimenzija sastavljenim od slojeva različite krutosti koji su dobiveni 3D printanjem. U radu su dane i osnovne pretpostavke koje se tiču čistog savijanja, savijanja poprečnim silama, Timošenkova teorija grede, proračun progiba zadanog homogenog nosača te uvod u Aramis optički mjerni sustav i obradu podataka u GOM Correlate programu koji su korišteni za mjerenje pomaka. Na kraju su prikazani rezultati optičkih mjerenja te primjereni zaključci u kojima se može vidjeti da je greda većeg poprečnog presjeka doživjela lom pri većoj sili od grede manjeg poprečnog presjeka.
Abstract (english)
The main purpose of this thesis is to conduct an experimental analysis of four-point bending on samples of with layers with different stiffness obtained by 3D printing. Assumptions in from pure bending and shear bending, as well as the Timoshenko beam theory, are presented. Furthermore, the paper contains an introduction to the application of the Aramis optical measurement system and a description of data processing using the GOM Correlate system, which were used to measure the displacement. In the final part of the paper, results of optical measurements along with conclusions are given in which it can be seen that a beam with larger cross-section experienced fracture at a higher force than a beam with a smaller cross-section.
