Abstract
Prvim dijelom Završnog rada definirane su hidrologija i statistika. Opisana je važnost statističke analize u hidrologiji i vrste podataka za hidrološke analize. Navedeni su glavni koraci statističke analize, osnovni statistički parametri te ocjena mjerodavnosti hidrološkog niza za statističke obrade. U drugom dijelu objašnjen je pojam vjerojatnosti i različite funkcije raspodjele – teorijske i empirijske funkcije raspodjele. Opisani su postupci analize godišnjih, mjesečnih i dnevnih oborina. U trećem dijelu provedena je statistička analiza mjesečnih količina oborina za grad Poreč u razdoblju od 1984. do 2020. godine.
Abstract (english)
In the first part of this bachelor thesis, hydrology and statistics are defined. The importance of statistical analysis in hydrology is described, as well as types of data for hydrological analysis. Listed here are the main steps of statistical analysis. Basic statistical parameters and assessment of validity of a hydrological sequence for statistical processing are described. The second part of the thesis explains the concept of probability and various distribution functions - theoretical and empirical distribution functions. Procedure for analyzing annual, monthly and daily precipitation is described. In the final part of this thesis, a statistical analysis of monthly precipitation for the town of Poreč in the period from 1984 to 2020 is performed.
