Abstract
Podvodni beton ubraja se u specijalne vrste betona kojem se svojstva razlikuju u odnosu na običan beton. Razvojem i poboljšavanjem svojstava, danas se primjenjuje u izgradnji mostova, brana te konstrukcija čiji su temelji pod vodom. Za razliku od običnog betona, izvedba podvodnog betona zahtijeva drugačiju tehnologiju ugradnje. Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je upoznavanje s podvodnim betonom, njegovim karakteristikama, mehanizacijom te načinima ugradnje. Spomenuti su primjeri primjene u praksi u bližoj okolini. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada napravljen je vlastiti projekt sastava podvodnog betona te su provedena ispitivanja na uzorcima svježeg i očvrsnulog betona na tri mješavine: referentnoj mješavini običnog betona te dvije mješavine istog sastava kao referentna, ali je u jednoj cement zamijenjen metakaolinom a u drugoj silicijskom prašinom, u udjelu od 10%. Većina dobivenih rezultata ispitivanja upućuju na zadovoljavajuće ponašanje betona u moru. Prilikom ispitivanja sadržaja pora i plinopropusnosti dobiveni rezultati nisu u skladu s očekivanim. Jedan od mogućih razloga jest veličina i tip pora u betonu. Sukladno očekivanom, rezultati ispitivanja tlačne čvrstoće i vodonepropusnosti potvrđuju pozitivan utjecaj mineralnih dodataka u betonu.
Abstract (english)
Underwater concrete is one of the special types of concrete whose characteristics are different from the ordinary concrete. With the development and improvement of properties, today it is used in the construction of bridges and structures whose foundations are under water. Unlike ordinary concrete, the performance of underwater concrete requires a different installation technology. The purpose of this thesis is to get familiar with underwater concrete, his characteristics, mechanization, and methods of installation. In the last part of the thesis, the composition of underwater concrete was designed, and laboratory tests were performed on samples. Most obtained results of this conducted research have met desired expectations. During the research of a content of pores and their gas permeability, there were noted some deviations, meaning that obtained results were not in accordance with expectations. Some of the deviations appeared as a consequence of porosity’s impact on a concrete. Pursuant to the expected results, positive impact of the minerals supplements in the concrete, could be confirmed.
